IJeff Highcock selected as RFU National Panel AR

HRURS Hon Sec, Jeff Highcock, has been accepted onto the RFU National Panel of Assistant Referees. Jeff has put in a lot of hard work over the last 2 Seasons building up his CV of Assistant Refereeing. This culminated in Jeff being given a 'Trial' at  National 2 (South) where he attained sufficient recognition to be appointed to the National Panel. Jeff has since been appointed to officiate at a number of County Championship games these last few weeks. May I, on behalf of the Society, wish Jeff all the very best for the future, and may he enjoy his time 'waving the flag' at National Level. The hard work starts now!
