All Society Referees must complete a Dismissal Form for Red Card offences within 48 hours.

Please send all reports to and Paul Burton HRURS (paul.rachel@virgin.net )  within 48 hours, with copies to Simon Thomas HRURS (simonthomasuk@yahoo.com) and Gary Self HRURS  (GaryPSelf@aol.com

For Referee Abuse, the RFU Form should be completed within 72 hours

School Version

For player post-match or non-player Abuse use the separate "Match Official Abuse Incident Report" form. It is crucial you get full name of both abusers and any witnesses at the time.
