Joining HRURS

Would you like the enjoyment of giving 30 players a safe, fair and enjoyable game of rugby ?

HRURS welcomes anyone who wants to become a qualified RFU Rugby Referee. Whether young (14 years or over) or old (our oldest active member is nearly 70) , we can offer you rugby matches to referee all over Hampshire as a Society member - each careful selected to suit your experience and fitness. The commitment is up to you - perhaps once every now and again, in more socially oriented matches or perhaps every weekend, for challenging League or Cup matches.

We hold regular monthly Training meetings and our coaches, advisers and mentors will help you develop your refereeing skills and enjoyment.  The start is the RFU Entry Level Referee Award
